I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us fantastic suggestions for places to visit in the area. The room was spacious and clean, with clean wood floors instead of carpets, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also a huge advantage, being just a block away from Michigan Avenue and within walking distance of Millennium Park and other attractions. Additionally, the fourth floor bar was a great spot to relax and unwind, with delicious drinks and a friendly bartender named Jorge.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved upon. The staff was not as accommodating as I had hoped when it came to our requests.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our shopping trip to Chicago. We enjoyed being able to walk to Water Tower Place and having a Trader Joe's right in the building. The rate we found included parking, which made it a great deal. The room had sleek, modern decor and the beds were comfy, accommodating our family of five comfortably. We also appreciated having a fridge and coffee maker in the room.

This is my favorite hotel in Chicago. The property is absolutely stunning, with a trendy boutique atmosphere. The staff, especially Ms. Ray at the reception desk, are incredibly efficient and professional. The location is very central, near a tower and theater. Plus, you can easily walk to Michigan Avenue.

The lounge on the fourth floor is a must. Jorge is a true gentleman and makes a great drink! The hotel has a great location, close to high-end shopping and local spots. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate up to four people comfortably. The beds are good, the shower is nice, and the internet speed is decent, even on complimentary access.

I recently stayed at the Ac Hotel in downtown Chicago for a leisure trip of three nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me a late check out. The room had a breathtaking view and the decor was fantastic. The layout of the bedroom was also very impressive. The fitness room was well-equipped and had everything I needed for a complete workout. Additionally, the hotel had a fabulous pool that offered a stunning sky view. The location was perfect, situated just off the Magnificent Mile, and there was a convenient store right next door. I had a wonderful experience.
